Giovanni Frau

Giovanni Frau, a lawyer specialising in governance and shareholding management, assisted Azzedine Alaïa in the strategic choices for the sale of his companies and his brand in 2000 to Prada and 2007 to Richemont. He has remained close to Azzedine Alaïa ever since.
