"Scultura 02" Grandi Legni collection, Andrea Branzi
Andrea Branzi, Florentine architect and designer, exhibits at the Azzedine Alaïa Gallery, Grandi Legni a collection of unique pieces of infinite and unclassifiable poetry. Nine installations produced by the Milanese galleries: Design Gallery Milano and Nilufar. These are structure-objects, surprising and complex pieces, between animist totems, everyday objects and artistic installations. On these large structures made of old beams, Andrea Branzi has placed a strange collection. There are books, paintings and even a bird cage.
On the walls of the gallery you can read texts written in chalk by Branzi. Among them: " I do not recognize myself in the culture of memory, I am more interested in what we have forgotten than in what we remember ".
