SELECTION

American fashion designer Claire McCardell was undoubtedly the most active contributor to the development of American Ready-to-Wear. She creates functional, casual clothes with clean lines that are easy to wear every day. For city clothes, she opts for simple materials such as cotton, denim and gingham.
