Deliberately provocative, known for her originality and taste for surrealism, the fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli worked with several artists including her friend Jean Cocteau. From this collaboration was born the mythical bolero designed by Jean Cocteau and embroidered by Lesage, which sits amongst the dresses and suits in the exhibition.

A unique opportunity to admire this collection of creations dating from 1935 to 1950 and coming from the wardrobe of the same family before their sale orchestrated by the Millon Cornette de Saint Cyr study, in collaboration with Françoise Sternbach of the Chombert-Sternbach consulting firm.
